I ate waaayyy too much today.
Man I’m so disappointed in myself…I’ve been doing good and today I just went nuts…2 slices of pizza, a fallafel sandwich, 2 huge cups of coffee, kombucha, and flax seed crackers with artichoke dip……that doesn’t sound like a lot but I ate it all within a matter of 3 hours….I wasn’t even hungry I was just having a bad day and needed a pick me up
I should have gone to the gym….grrrrr……now I feel like shit

I wasn’t expecting this at all
It’s been a crazy fucked up work week
But I still made it to the gym…..Also, I lost another pound…down to 202.4…YAAYYY!!!
